About the Role

WildBrain is looking for an IT Administrator to join our Info Technology team! Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for providing computer and server support for our EMEA, APAC, NORTH AMERICA, & UK offices. The position provides first, second and third level support and is responsible for ensuring the overall health of hardware and network systems. In this role, you will also take the lead on overseeing our Apple products (Macs and iDevices) and will require experience working with those products and services.



  • Acting as the first point of contact providing primary technical support for the IT Service Desk
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Primary support (and subject matter expert) for all Apple related products and services
  • Supports and maintains user account information including onboarding/offboarding, rights, security, and system groups following IT policies and procedures
  • Document and track all problems, requests and solutions using our centrally managed Ticketing System
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems with attention to detail and best in class customer service
  • Adheres to hardware, software and other IT related best practices and standards.
  • Setup and configure users’ mobile devices and administer our IP based phone and voice mail systems
  • Be willing to take on additional responsibilities and learning opportunities as they come up



  • Experience working in a desktop support role
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS, iOS and Windows systems
  • Familiar with MDM solutions
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts and best practices
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • ITIL Foundation experiences and/or certification is an asset
  • Experience in a media/entertainment related environment is an asset
  • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with all levels up to and including senior executives
