About the Role 

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Operations, Strategy & Corp Development, the Digital Media Business Coordinator will monitor online marketing trends, analyze statistics, develop strategies for digital marketing campaigns, and track campaign performance.


In this role, you will leverage data in numerous ways; from informing content development, to analyzing performance, understanding the YouTube algorithm, and building correlation between various digital environment / platforms and offline help to support in preparing campaign results.  This analytical insight will help to determine the execution of initiatives based on a detailed knowledge of the dynamics and drivers.



  • Process Improvement: with direction from the Sr. Manager, support the team’s effort in identifying internal process efficiencies
  • Contract and Invoice Processing:
  • Coordinate review, approval, and processing of incoming contracts and invoices between team members, accounts payable, and vendors
  • Tracking invoices and monitoring budgets; identifying variances
  • Data Extraction and Archiving: prepare dashboards by sorting, preparing, and archiving a high volume of data across key channels on a regular basis for both brands and campaigns
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Sr. Manager for all key reports, brands, and campaigns (content analysis, social conversations/intelligence, trends/content ideation, audience insights, competitor research analysis) across all key channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Discord); partnering under the direction of the Sr. Manager to analyze and summarize data insights
  • Storytelling With Data: participate in crafting compelling and clear stories out of data, that will help translate insights into recommendations
  • Vendor & Platforms Management: Provide backup support to the Sr. Manager for contracts and vendor relationship management as well as platforms and tools support 


  • Bachelor’s Degree or College program equivalent in quantitative analysis and/or digital media studies
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and budgeting processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a creative problem-solving mindset
  • Strong work ethic, love of learning and demonstrable passion for the media and entertainment business
