About the Role 

Reporting to the Director, Talent Management the Talent Partner will be the first point of contact for HR inquiries for our WildBrain SPARK and WildBrain CPLG teams. The Talent Partner will develop strong partner relationships with the teams. Partnering with managers and Directors you will advise and guide across business change, organisational design, people development, employee relations, engagement and performance.

 

Responsibilities  

 

  • Drive the implementation of the annual Talent Plan
  • Coaching people managers to build and maintain high-performing and engaged teams.
  • Driving management development across the CPLG and SPARK businesses
  • Working with managers and the global talent team to create a high-performing team by delivering and feeding into global talent initiatives.
  • Working with the talent operations and talent acquisition team to promote and deliver a positive candidate and employee experience.
  • Promoting DEI initiatives
  • Be a thought partner to managers on a range of HR issues.
  • Manage employee issues (disciplinary, grievances, performance improvement, redundancies etc).
  • Support through change management initiatives globally.
  • Manage all relevant talent management administrative duties

 

Qualifications 

  • Global HR experience (Europe a must)
  • Experience of supporting managers and senior leaders
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Experience of change management
  • Flexible approach with a commercial mindset, able to adapt and meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
