About the Role 

Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, the Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy (B2B) will be responsible for the digital strategy and output of corporate and B2B social media and digital, building profiles, engagement, and recruitment opportunities for WildBrain, WildBrain Studios, WildBrain Spark and WildBrain CPLG as well as digital strategy for key partner properties. Working closely with Communications, Production and Talent, you will create strategies to grow B2B, corporate audiences, our online reputation and will support in recruitment efforts. This role will oversee a small team of a Digital Marketing Manager and Coordinator, that will partner together to work on assigned properties, ensuring our Digital Marketing is resourced, delivered, reported, and aligned to best practices.

The Digital Marketing team’s purpose is to build addressable audiences and communities across social, web and other digital platforms. This team curates and commissions content that captivates audiences and delivers attribution back to WildBrain brands, franchises, and services – delivering against key KPIs aligned to objectives.



  • Responsible for the strategic plan and oversight of WildBrain’s B2B and Corporate Digital Marketing; partnering with key stakeholders across the business to execute and optimize across social, medial and other digital platforms, including external recruiting websites
  • Ownership and oversight of a portfolio of accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and emerging platforms e.g., Glassdoor, The Dots)
  • Create clear and compelling presentations to senior stakeholders of strategy, providing ideas supported by data and aligning creatives to strategy & brief
  • Develop the division’s reputation for innovation across social, web and other digital platforms
  • Provide leadership, direction, ongoing coaching, and development to your team to ensure that all operational functions are fulfilled, ensuring best practices are applied.
  • Partner with production and creative teams to develop a range of digital-first content ideas to support series marketing
  • Collaborate with Paid Media team to create and deliver results-driven online advertising campaigns as part of overall digital marketing strategy
  • Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders within WildBrain and across the wider group including CPLG, Spark, Studio, Communications and Talent
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Director, Communications, Talent and Legal, providing a central point of editorial and company direction for social media and digital activity in line with the strategy



  • Experience in a B2B digital marketing role; recruitment marketing an asset
  • Experience in D2C digital marketing an asset
  • Strong knowledge of digital landscape, digital marketing strategies and tactics, specifically on LinkedIn
  • Strong creative skills and judgement with proven success in audience development, community building and activating digital platforms
  • Experience directly or indirectly leading a team or guiding the work of others with a keen interest in developing leadership skills
  • Experience in communicating strategy and briefs, both verbally and in written/presented form
  • Successful collaborator and team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead by influence
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow and succeed
  • Passion for TV, innovative digital brands, kids’, and family entertainment
  • Familiarity and understanding of target audience and knowledge of industry trends 
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and develop skills according to the changing needs of the business
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
