About the Job/Role

The Content Partnerships team is responsible for developing and driving the strategic direction of both internal and external content partnerships at WildBrain Spark.  As Content Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and curating deep insight and analysis into the performance of digital content on YouTube and other digital/social platforms.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understand WildBrain’s extensive audience through data and insight,
  • Work with Content Partnerships, Distribution, Production and other internal teams to provide bespoke analysis of our content and brand performance across YouTube and other digital platforms,
  • Analyse and interpret market performance to provide the context for the brand and franchise strategies we employ,
  • Identify viewership trends - drawing analysis and insight from a breadth of platforms to indicate a growing preference for content formats, production styles, platforms and genres,
  • Present analysis in a concise, clear and accessible way for a variety of internal and external stakeholders,
  • Develop and execute various forecasting hypotheses to aid business planning and investment strategies,
  • Be the business expert in the various analysis tools available to us; YouTube Analytics, internal data lake, Tubular, Comscore, Google Analytics and various social platform bespoke systems.

Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in YouTube analytics and able to interpret the data to deliver actionable insight,
  • Experience in a range of audience analysis tools,
  • Experience of Tableau and PowerBi (preferable),
  • Strong communicator, able to present complex data analysis in a confident manner,
  • Experience in the media sector, preferably within the Kids and Family sector.
