About the Job/Role

The Content Partnerships team is responsible for developing and driving the strategic direction of both internal and external content partnerships at WildBrain Spark.  As Partner Manager you will be responsible for managing the execution of third party partnerships and Owned & Operated (O&O) IP’s digital strategy, as well as identifying new opportunities to expand the WildBrain Spark network and deepen existing partnerships. You will build and maintain relationships, develop and manage opportunities with key internal and external stakeholders, monitor deployment of projects and lead cross-functional teams to deliver the goals of the partnership or brand. This role is responsible for tracking account and brand performance while ensuring strategic optimisation throughout the IP lifecyle.



3rd Party Partnerships

  • Ownership of key-partner relationships; leading cross-functional collaboration and complimentary extension opportunities to achieve partner objectives.
  • Align WildBrain Spark divisions and ensure continued adherence to Partners’ overall strategy, timelines, and brand guidance.
  • Agree and set partner specific goals, objectives, and performance benchmarks.
  • Negotiate contractual terms (new business, amendments etc),
  • Support Commercial decision making and financial models around strategic projects.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting and re-forecasting process.

WildBrain Owned & Operated

  • Oversee and drive cross-functional execution plans for digital-first IP.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders across related Business Units to align brand objectives for cross-platform delivery.
  • Measure, monitor, track and communicate project KPIs.


  • Account Management experience (ideally gained within a kids’ content/media business or kids’ category licensing business).
  • Experience with integrated social strategies, content production and/or digital channel management.
  • Outstanding communication skills, great attention to detail, a resourceful attitude and an ability to explain difficult concepts in simple language building vision for partners.
  • Strong organisational skills and highly adept at managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully.
  • Experienced in retrieving, summarising, and applying analysis and insight in making business decisions, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Commercially focused and strong client management experience with a proven track record of delivering against targets.
