About the job/role

Working closely with the team you’ll report to the Regional Product Development Lead. You’ll work across a wide portfolio of exciting lifestyle, entertainment and sports brands. You will be responsible for ensuring the clients’ approval processes are adhered to and feed into the creative execution of product ranges. Liaising with the local commercial team, global Creative team and Designers in Europe & Asia, the role requires a candidate who is inquisitive about trend newness and product innovation.

Responsibilities

Licensee engagement:

  • Support product development across a wide number of brands such as, Hasbro, Paramount, Peanuts, Yale and many more.
  • Proactively manage the approvals process for assigned categories across apparel and fast- moving consumer goods.
  • Work with the team to build and deliver creative sessions and style guide refreshers.
  • Deliver updates to the sales team with Licensee activity.

Creative:

  • Actively share new trends and product innovation with the Creative Services team.
  • Participate in global team activities, such as comp shops, providing visibility to the group
  • Utilise tools delivered by the Creative Services team i.e. trend reports and asset generation

Process:

  • Manage the storage of products ensuring products are easily accessible
  • Utilise Monday.com and other tools to efficiently manage timelines.
  • Adhere to the relevant submission process across all brands.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrable relevant experience in related sector
  • A methodical approach with attention to detail
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive with a solution-driven attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Natural interest in trends and product
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite advantageous
