About the Role

Reporting to the Distribution Client Services Manager, the Client Services Coordinator is responsible for the fulfillment of all contractual delivery requirements for their assigned sales executives, as well as fostering and maintaining client relationships. They work closely with international and domestic clients and vendors, as well as internal teams, to provide excellent client service and delivery quality content globally



  • Responsible for scheduling and delivery of all broadcast deliverables for their assigned Sales Manager(s)
  • Partner with Sales Manager(s) and clients to determine delivery dates and delivery requirements for content
  • Maintain accurate records of their deliveries for quarterly and yearly audits
  • Negotiate scheduling with Sales Manager, client, and team
  • Coordinate with the Localization team to access and create localized versions of content
  • Ensure complex delivery requirements or issues are escalated appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the delivery of publicity and support materials for contracts, including metadata, custom artwork, closed captioning, and described video
  • Oversee special projects for internal clients
  • Provide excellent service to all clients to ensure a good reputation with licensees for future sales



  • Experience in media distribution and understanding contractual deliverables
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • AV technical knowledge strongly preferred, including familiarity with video formats and frame rates
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional research and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual or multilingual an asset, particularly in French, Spanish, and/or Mandarin
