About the Role

Reporting to the Director of the Application Solutions team, the ServiceNow Manager will manage WildBrain’s ITSM/ESM platform (ServiceNow). They will research, develop, test, deliver, and support platform-specific solutions based on company and stakeholder visions and objectives.  

 

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with multiple business users, Manager-Technology Support and Director-Applications Solutions define overall ServiceNow strategy
  • Lead discovery, requirements gathering, workflow design, build/configuration and implementation activities on ServiceNow platform
  • Design, develop, test and execute updates and new modules or expand existing functionality to ITSM/ESM workflows within ServiceNow
  • Create and maintain training and workflow documentation where required 
  • Support WildBrain IT policies with creation of workflows and reporting
  • Responsible for agent, approver and other module license renewals
  • Maintain the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) systems in production and testing environments including evaluation/testing of patches and upgrades 
  • Work with Global IT network team to maintain health of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) 
  • Engage and manage resources (internal and external) to support capacity planning and product enhancements 

Qualifications

  • Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform (ServiceNow certification a strong asset)
  • Experience with IT product ownership/management and workflow definition/mapping
  • Familiarity and experience with ITSM concepts/frameworks (ITIL certification an asset)
  • Strong understanding of inter-relationship of network systems and related network/connectivity hardware and software components
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders, vendors and peers 
  • Superior oral and written communication skills 
  • Highly organized and motivated with strong attention to detail and time management skills 
  • Good team player, able to handle competing priorities with multiple client-groups
