About the job/role 

Reporting to the Managing Director CEE, Nordics & Russia, the Sales Coordinator CEE will support the sales and retail team, handle administrative duties, coordinate/work with other departments and promote customer satisfaction. The Sales Coordinator will coordinate sales-related activities but is not responsible for selling properties and brands. The new role to be located in Warsaw.




  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by ensuring all have high-quality, up-to-date support materials
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, retail, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems, necessary documents so as to maintain needed records, and help preparing reports
  • Support sales by working closely with key licensees to ensure customers satisfaction
  • Visit trade fairs at home and abroad as appropriate.
  • Support the Account Managers, Retail and Sales Manager on a day-to-day basis.
  • Supporting in preparing dedicated presentations for VIP Clients
  • Collection of relevant market information, identifying market opportunities.
  • Providing information to assist in marketing and sales plans.
  • Assisting with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting by collecting necessary data
  • Feedback on the progress and outcome of the work and projects




  • A minimum of several years of work experience
  • An enthusiastic, independent, multi-tasker and stress-resistant person
  • Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
  • Keen eye for detail, hands-on approach
  • University education preferred but not essential
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
  • Second language preferred, but not necessity
  • Pioneering and entrepreneurial spirt and can communicate at all levels
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good administrative, organizational skills
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
