About the Role

As a member of the Direct Ad Sales team, the Integrated Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the pre- and post-sales process in support of custom ad solutions. A successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically in developing unique sponsorship and promotional opportunities and collateral for our ad sales partners.

 

This cross functional role will collaborate with creative, production, and other teams at WildBrain, serving as point person in the ideation and creation of sales marketing programs.  This person will work closely with clients in the strategic planning, ideation, and execution of custom advertising solutions across YouTube, Roblox and other media platforms.

 

The Integrated Marketing Specialist should have a passion for kids’ and family entertainment with strong interest in gaming and the metaverse with an in-depth knowledge of the media and advertising landscape.  A proven storyteller, this person will possess a rare blend of creative and business skills to drive ad sales revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Spearhead development, packaging, and execution of ad sales content solutions
  • Work interdepartmentally to gather information and intel to inform client-based initiatives and ad category level packaging
  • Develop advertiser funded packages which include custom content, research, and data solutions across YouTube, Roblox and additional platforms
  • Collaborate, develop, and pull together materials to use in the market
  • Manage key client and partner relationships including day-to-day execution of ad sales sponsorships
  • Serve as client point of contact and lead activations on sales marketing executions ensuring best-in-class creative practices
  • Proactively work with internal teams to develop new revenue-generating opportunities and sponsorship packages for our advertising partners

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales development/integrated marketing with direct experience creating and developing sales marketing assets including but not limited to: sponsorship packages, RFP responses and other client-facing sales materials
  • Strong knowledge and passion for digital advertising including YouTube and the metaverse, especially Roblox
  • Prior post-sale campaign and client management experience in Branded Content, Entertainment, and/or Gaming advertising integrations and complex sponsorships
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to shepherd projects from start to finish
  • Kids and family content and IP experience an asset
  • Previous experience within the entertainment, media or agency industry, an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
