About the Role

Reporting to Senior Vice President, International of Peanuts, the Licensing Coordinator will assist the Peanuts licensing team in overseeing and the smooth running of all aspects of day-to-day licensing and marketing outside the US.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage aspects of local marketing activations with Peanuts Agents, PWW Marketing team, and local marketing agencies where applicable
  • Manage international Influencer campaigns, their approvals, and execution alongside PWW Marketing team and Agencies.
  • Handle international social media requests (including influencer campaigns) and press releases
  • Coordinate flow of information to/from our international agents including, but not limited to: decks & sizzles, social media stats, success stories, NDAs, publishing materials/shipments and overall brand updates. This could include development of onesheets or materials to Agents in order help with category specific pitches
  • Act as liaison between international team members and other stakeholders in New York, California, and Hong Kong
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating centralized files for all International-related documents and materials (i.e. spreadsheets, contact lists, charts, creative, etc.)
  • Manage flow of the Digital Asset Library and access when needed
  • Assist the International team in preparation for business trips and trade shows

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in Licensing, or business related role
  • Knowledge of digital marketing including but not limited to social media and influencer campaigns
  • Expert proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate Excel experience (basic formula and charts)
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, as this role interfaces with multiple global senior-level stakeholders
  • Ability to be resilient and adaptable as this role will manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow-up, organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with photoshop, an asset
  • Japanese language fluency, an asset
