WildBrain Studios is looking for an experienced 2D Flash Builds Artists to join our team!


In this role, you will have the opportunity to assemble picture and audio elements needed to tell the story of the show, all the while keeping an eye out for animation errors, continuity problems and camera positioning. We are looking for someone with a good sense of humor who can meticulously pick apart shots and piece together scenes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and revise character and prop builds in the requested style 
  • Keep characters and props in proportion and on model, following provided designs as closely as possible 
  • Innovate solutions and troubleshoot to create efficient builds 
  • Keep within production deadlines to meet assigned weekly quotas and expectations 
  • Collaborate with other Builders and departments in a team environment 



What You’ll Bring:

  • You have previous experience on a 2D animated production (prior experience in Builds preferred!) 
  • You're proficient in Flash  
  • You have a strong grasp of animation principles and strong, expressive drawing skills 
  • You're technically inclined and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills 
  • You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow established naming, layering and network conventions 
  • You're able to direction, be flexible and work collaboratively within a team 
  • You're accountable and self-motivated with strong time management skills 
  • You communicate in a professional, effective manner
