The Role

 

The WildBrain Global IT Department is looking for an IT Coordinator to help keep us organized and efficient. The Global IT Department is made up of IT staff from various WildBrain offices across the globe. We cover everything from network administration to application support, and from website development to service desk support.

 

Coming from a Coordinator or Administrative background, you will bring your superior organization skills, your knack for timely follow-up, and enjoy being the leader with data input and tracking.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

 

Administrative duties including:

  • Help track subscription and contract start and end dates
  • Source in-stock computer equipment to meet the needs of staff
  • Help to maintain records for purchases and lease schedules
  • Managing and tracking purchase orders and invoices
  • Managing and tracking lease agreements
  • Creating and maintaining well organized filing systems
  • Maintain and move forward list of outstanding deliverables for IT purchasing tasks
  • Other administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, mailing as needed
  • All other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Exposure to administration, technology budgets, software & support subscription models and vendor management 
  • Superior problem solving and risk management skills 
  • Good team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision  
  • Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people 
  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of products (excel, outlook, word)
  • Detail oriented with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment  
  • High competency level for computer literacy
  • Keeps up to date on industry best practices and technology
