Overview

WildBrain is growing! We are looking for a Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our team! We’re seeking a senior learning and development Professional to work on a wide range of interesting issues and initiatives. In a newly created role, you will work on building the discipline of Talent Management within the broader Talent teams and Studio leadership.

 

Reporting to the Director, Talent Management you will thrive in a fast-paced environment that will utilize your skills and experience to the fullest.

 

This role is set to begin immediately.

 

We are currently working virtually because of the Covid-19 pandemic. During this time our hiring teams are ready to support interviews via video conferencing, and we are enabling artists to work from home until the studio can reopen. We’d love to hear from you! #stayhomestaysafe!

Responsibilities

  • Build, roll out and support the entire employee life cycle with a focus on building and retaining top talent
  • Design and deliver Management and Leadership initiatives to support leaders at WildBrain
  • Coach and support Artist Management in dealing with complex issues
  • Consultative approach to sharing HR Learning and Development knowledge within the Talent Teams
  • Build and maintain employee morale and culture for teams you support as well as develop high-functioning organizations
  • Support executing projects for the broader Talent team initiatives with excellent communication skills
  • Work with your Talent (HR) Business Partner to provide the best tailored solutions for Artists

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, working directly with all levels of Management and ideally experience working in a media or similar organization
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated skills in Talent Management
  • High level coaching and consultative skills
  • Ability to exercise judgment with sensitive/ confidential issues
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change
