The Role


WildBrain is looking for a Deliveries Coordinator - Post-Production (6-month Contract) to join our TV Distribution Operations team! Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for the fulfillment of all contractual delivery requirements for distribution agreements. This position involves working closely with worldwide and domestic clients, the digital services and the post production


What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of all broadcast deliverables using either internal resources or an outside lab, keeping in mind quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Responsible for the delivery of publicity and support materials. This can include metadata, custom artwork, closed captioning and audio description.
  • Accountable for ensuring any additional legal or financial documents are delivered to the client as required in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate with clients to work out technical delivery needs and delivery dates and ensures all agreed delivery terms in the contracts are met in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the Localization team to access and create foreign versions when required.
  • Resolve any delivery related issue that arises including but not limited to, missing materials, technical rejections, and small project requests.
  • Oversees special projects (both internal and external) that include deliverable requirements and appoints to other departments as needed.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all deliveries following departmental protocols for quarterly and yearly audits.
  • Update rights management database with all completed delivery date and send information to accounting as required.


What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience within TV/Film distribution or post-production environment.
  • Experience delivering to platforms such as Apple +, Netflix and Amazon is highly desired
  • Post-secondary education in a media-related subject preferred.
  • Strong A/V technical knowledge, including familiarity with video formats, frame rates and international standards.
  • Must have experience with file transfer software or collaboration platforms (i.e. Aspera Faspex and Signiant).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingual or multilingual an asset
