The Role


WildBrain is looking for a Sr. Contract Specialist to join our Legal & Business Affairs team, reporting to the SVP, Legal & Business Affairs.


What You’ll Do:  


  • Draft, review, negotiate and administer licensing contracts including license agreements, amendments, termination notices and other legal documents from templates
  • Interface with territory managers and agents in local offices to follow-up and coordinate execution of licensing contracts and related documents
  • Manage customs recordations and assist with anti-piracy enforcement
  • Creating and maintaining well organized filing systems
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned


What You’ll Bring:  


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a paralegal capacity and experience managing and negotiating standard form legal contracts
  • Experience working in the Licensing or Intellectual Property field
  • Excellent drafting, organizational and time management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple complex, confidential files
  • Attention to detail and ability to exercise good judgment
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to work easily with changing priorities, timelines and processes
  • Strong ability to prioritize workload and problem solve
  • The ability to be adaptable and provide excellent service to internal clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate
