    About the Role

     

    The Implementation Specialist will guide the roll-out and adoption of new software products and services, providing planning, coordination, business analysis, and user experience insight to the project team. They will champion adoption of new technologies by communicating change to users, leading user training initiatives, and developing business process improvements. Stakeholders will include members of various WildBrain business units (e.g. H.R., corporate, television, brands, distribution, finance, studios) in multiple locations.

    Responsibilities

     

    Here's what you'll get to do

     

    Provide implementation services and change management support:

    • Create and maintain communication with business users throughout software implementation process
    • Work with stakeholders to understand business and user needs
    • Assist in defining enterprise product roll-out strategy and vision
    • Document business requirements and processes
    • Lead UAT testing for user-interface(s)
    • Assist with implementation and transition planning for stakeholders from current to new processes/products
    • Create and maintain training documentation and arrange training sessions with internal users as required
    • Liaise with IT Service Desk to define ongoing support for enterprise products
    • Organize and provide user training to guide adoption of new IT software and services
    • Work closely with the Internal Communications team to message IT-related changes and product launches to the global WildBrain employee base
    • Maintain Sharepoint website and WildBrain Intranet to ensure IT information including policies and processes is accurate

    Provide subject matter expertise:

    • Research IT products and solutions for supporting WildBrain business and employee needs
    • Stay up-to-date on IT and technology industry trends
    • Inform members of Global IT of competitive insights
    • Promote best practices by educating others and championing tools and processes throughout WildBrain
    • Work with business units on long term strategies to better use technology and to promote / champion process improvements

    Qualifications

    Here's what you Bring

    • 3-5 years in Implementation, User Adoption or Business Analyst role
    • 2+ years experience working with O365 products including Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint
    • Experience with Enterprise Content Management and/or Data Asset Management systems
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio software
    • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders, vendors and peers
